November 2022
Early this month, Jesus extended His hand to me and spoke to my heart, “Take my hand and step up. Step into a place of greater faith and greater trust.” By faith, I took His hand and prophetically stepped up an imaginary step. Almost daily, for several weeks I did this prophetic act of taking Jesus’ hand and stepping up with Him.
Dream (November 24): I was sitting at a table in a restaurant. Food and dishes were on the table. The Lord came to the table and asked me if He could clear the table. I consented. He cleared the table, removing all the food and dishes. Then He wiped and thoroughly cleaned the table. He said, “I’m making room for what is next. “
Two verses came to mind:
On November 30th I had a vision. I saw a beautiful spiral staircase. Jesus was standing on it with His hand extended. I took His hand and stepped up. He led me up many steps. I did not look down or even look up. I could not take my eyes off Jesus. We stopped ascending at a landing on the staircase. It was not the top of the staircase, just a landing. At that point, I knew I could turn and look at situations on earth from a heavenly perspective, but I had no desire to take my eyes off Jesus. And, He kept His eyes on me as He had done the entire time we were ascending the steps. With His eyes still on me, He picked up an enormous red blanket and began to cover things on the earth with it. As it settled into place on situations and people (including my loved ones), I saw the blanket turn into blood. Jesus invited me to help. Keeping my gaze on Him, I took two corners of the blanket. He had the other two corners. Together we raised our arms so that the red blanket was filled with wind. I knew the wind was Holy Spirit. We released the blanket, allowing Holy Spirit to carry it and settle it on the earth as directed by my prayers. At that point, Jesus lifted me to a higher landing and said, “I give you the reward of greater faith. I place you in a greater place of trust.”
We must let Him clear the table of what is familiar and comfortable. He wants to do a new thing. It will require stepping out in faith and trust. It will require utter dependence on the supernatural work of His blood and of the Spirit. It will require our eyes fixed on Him, not allowing ourselves to be distracted by the things on earth. He is inviting us to partner with Him from a higher level of faith than ever before. This is for the church as well as for individual believers.
